THERMIsmooth™ RF Skin Tightening
This amazing non invasive skin tightening procedure provides precise smoothing of the delicate skin especially around the eyes. It has been proven to be highly effective in the face and neck.

We use precise heating of the skin with gentle RF heat energy to shrink tissue and promote collagen and elastin for incredible results!

How THERMIsmooth™ Works
Precision in Treatment
The ThermiRF™ computer automatically adjusts the energy output to ensure precise heating of the tissue. The thermistor has temperature sensors that give a constant reading to the computer to ensure maintaining the exact temperature that we set. Therefore, there is no under or overheating of skin or soft tissue for more even results.
Typically, we do not achieve any therapeutic shrinkage of tissue or "tightening" until the skin reaches 42 degrees Celsius. Generally, we set the Thermi™ computer at 45 degrees Celsius to reach that therapeutic range. The machine will automatically cycle on and off to maintain the set temperature. and we do not begin the "clock" on the treatment until you reach it.
A small zone is treated for about 5 to 15 minutes to achieve the goal of sustained heating of the target tissues. It is generally described as feeling like a warm massage.
How Many Treatments are Needed?
Typically, we recommend 3 treatments about 2 to 3 weeks apart. It does take several treatments in order to obtain the tightening effect that is desired. Make sure you are hydrating both before and following the procedure.
Who is a Candidate?
THERMIsmooth® is suitable for both men and women of all ages. TheTHERMI250™ is not recommended for patients with implantable devices, such as but not limited to pacemakers, defibrillators, and Cochlear ear implants. Radio frequency can disrupt such devices operation and potentially cause them to not work properly.
